Welcome to the online home of Hope Mission Church! We serve South/Southwest Austin and surrounding communities. Our journey begins with faith, produces hope, and is sustained by love. Our foundation is Jesus Christ and our pillars are to Connect with God and others through Faith; Engage in the journey of hope with others; and to Partner with God in love. We journey (Connect, Engage, Partner) through exciting, joyful worship, sharing our lives (ups and downs) with others and blessing/serving others in our community.

What will I experience in a Mission Group?
Time is spent developing relationships with one another, studying the Bible together (no previous knowledge required), and praying for one another. You'll experience honest conversations about things that really matter with people who genuinely care for you. You can be real about your struggles and your questions. You will learn more about who God is and how to live in a truly satisfying and enjoyable relationship with Him. Groups meet for 75 to 90 minutes once each week. BTW, You Will Have FUN!!
How do Mission Groups and the Worship Gathering fit together?
Mission Groups and the Worship Gathering are complimentary parts of a whole. The ebb and flow of weekly life occurring between small group fellowship and corporate worship is patterned after the first church in Jerusalem found in Acts 2:42-47. Following Christ with a small group of other believers is a vital aspect of your spiritual health, growth, and enjoyment.
One-On-One ~ Sharing our faith with our family, friends and neighbors.
Worship ~ Our Sunday morning services, where God is glorified and worshiped in a joyful, reverent manner that connects ancient and modern practices of worship.
Service Projects ~ Hope Mission Church is a community in action. One way we connect with our community is through serving. Some of our service opportunities are group projects, others are individuals reaching out and serving as the opportunity arises.

About Mission Groups - A Mission Group consists of 5 to 15 people who gather weekly to grow in their relationship with God and one another. Although each group is unique, every Mission Group shares these essentials:
Partner
Meaningful friendship (loving and caring for one another)
Scripture (mining the depths of God’s Word together and applying it to our lives)
Transparency (sharing our struggles and encouraging one another in personal holiness)
Prayer (worshipping God and taking our needs to Him)
Mission Groups provide the optimal environment for growing as a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ. No previous experience is necessary. Contact or visit a Mission Group. You’ll be glad you did!
